Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any cleaning service provided by Bantha Cleaning Service. By booking a service — online, by phone, or by email — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all domestic and commercial cleaning services carried out by Bantha Cleaning Service in Aldershot, Winchester, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley, Farnham, Andover, Hook, Woking, Ash Vale, Alton, and surrounding areas across Hampshire and Surrey.

Definitions & Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalised have meanings defined below. Definitions apply equally in singular and plural.

  • Company / We / Us / Our — Bantha Cleaning Service, 11 Victoria Road, Aldershot, GU11 1TQ, United Kingdom.
  • Customer / You / Your — the individual, household, or business that has booked or is enquiring about our professional cleaning services.
  • Services — any domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, studio cleaning, flat and apartment cleaning, carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, exterior cleaning, or removals cleaning carried out by Bantha Cleaning Service.
  • Booking — a confirmed appointment for cleaning services, accepted by both the Customer and the Company.
  • Cleaner — any professional cleaning operative employed by or contracted to Bantha Cleaning Service; all are DBS-checked and fully insured.
  • Premises — the residential or commercial property at which the Services are to be performed.
  • Websitebanthacleaning.com, through which Customers can request quotes, book services, and access information.
  • Country — United Kingdom.

Bantha Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning solutions for homes and businesses across Hampshire and Surrey. Our services include:

2.1 Domestic & Residential Cleaning

  • General Cleaning — regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning from £40
  • Deep Cleaning — intensive full-property clean from £180
  • Flat & Apartment Cleaning — tailored for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom properties from £70
  • House & Residential Cleaning — comprehensive home cleans
  • Studio Cleaning — compact, efficient studio flat cleaning
  • Domestic Cleaning — ongoing household maintenance

2.2 Specialist Cleaning

  • End of Tenancy Cleaning — deposit-back guaranteed cleans from £220
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — property preparation cleans
  • Carpet Cleaning — deep fibre cleaning and stain removal
  • Oven Cleaning — full oven, hob, and grill restoration
  • Exterior Cleaning — outdoor surface, path, and driveway cleaning
  • Removals Cleaning — post-removal property cleaning

2.3 Commercial Cleaning

  • Office and workplace cleaning across Hampshire and Surrey
  • Commercial premises deep cleans and regular maintenance
All cleaning services are carried out using safe, eco-conscious, non-toxic cleaning products at no additional charge. Our products protect your surfaces, indoor air quality, children, pets, and staff.

3.1 How to Book

You can book Bantha Cleaning Service by:

3.2 Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free and non-obligatory. Pricing is based on property size, type of service, and condition of the Premises. Prices on our website are starting prices and may vary following assessment.

Where the Premises is found to be in significantly worse condition than described, the Company reserves the right to adjust the quoted price with prior notice.

3.3 Booking Confirmation

A Booking is confirmed once the Customer has accepted a quote and the Company has confirmed availability. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 hours during business hours.

3.4 Access to Premises

You agree to provide our Cleaners with safe, unhindered access to the Premises at the agreed time. If access is unavailable without at least 24 hours' prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply (see Section 5).

Customer Responsibilities

To enable Bantha Cleaning Service to deliver the highest standard of clean, You agree to:

  • Ensure the Premises is accessible at the agreed date and time
  • Remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the clean
  • Inform us of any specific requirements, allergies, or sensitivities before the clean
  • Notify us of any existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or fittings prior to the visit
  • Ensure pets are secured or kept away from the areas being cleaned
  • Provide working utilities (electricity, hot water) at the Premises where required
  • Not request our Cleaners to perform tasks outside the agreed scope of the Booking

Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 Customer Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as possible by calling 07825 183734 or emailing [email protected].

  • More than 24 hours' notice: No charge
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply
  • No access at time of clean (without prior notice): The full service fee may be charged

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Booking due to staff illness, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact You as soon as possible and offer to rebook at no additional charge.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the clean, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Bank transfer (BACS)
  • Cash
  • Other methods as agreed at the time of booking

For recurring cleaning contracts, payment terms will be agreed in advance. Late payments may result in a reminder notice and, if unpaid after 14 days, suspension of the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to all services — including end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, general cleaning, and commercial cleaning across Hampshire and Surrey — subject to:

  • You notifying us within 24 hours of the clean being completed
  • The issue relating to work within the agreed scope of the original Booking
  • The Premises not being used in a way that could account for the issue after the clean

Liability & Insurance

8.1 Our Insurance

Bantha Cleaning Service carries full public liability insurance. All Cleaners are DBS-checked and operate under the Company's insurance policy.

8.2 Damage to Property

In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the clean. Claims reported after this period may not be considered. We are not liable for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear not disclosed before the clean
  • Fragile or valuable items not secured prior to the clean
  • Damage resulting from our Cleaners following Customer instructions
  • Third parties or circumstances beyond our control

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Bantha Cleaning Service in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total price paid by the Customer for the specific service to which the claim relates. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on statutory consumer rights, so some of the above may not apply to You. In such cases, limitations shall apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

DBS Checks & Staff Standards

All Bantha Cleaning Service operatives are:

  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked to enhanced level
  • Fully trained in safe, professional cleaning techniques
  • Covered by the Company's public liability insurance
  • Bound by a confidentiality agreement regarding customer premises and personal information

We do not use sub-contracted cleaners unless expressly agreed with the Customer. You agree not to directly hire any Cleaner introduced to You by Bantha Cleaning Service for a period of 12 months following the last service provided.

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products

Bantha Cleaning Service uses safe, eco-conscious, non-toxic cleaning products as standard across all services in Hampshire and Surrey. Our products are:

  • Non-toxic and free from harsh chemicals
  • Safe for children, pets, and individuals with allergies or sensitivities
  • Designed to protect your surfaces and indoor air quality
  • Included in the service price — no extra charge applies

If You have specific product preferences or requirements (e.g. fragrance-free), please inform us at booking and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Privacy & Data Protection

Bantha Cleaning Service is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information provided when booking will be used solely for:

  • Processing and confirming your Booking
  • Communicating with You about your service
  • Sending quotes, invoices, and service updates
  • Improving our cleaning services

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

By using our Service, you represent that you are over the age of 18.

Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

If You have a complaint or dispute, we encourage You to contact us first:

We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. If resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.

13.3 Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation shall not affect a party's ability to do so at a later time.

13.4 Translation

These Terms may be translated into other languages for accessibility. In the case of any dispute, the original English text shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

Bantha Cleaning Service reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect, either by email or via a notice on our website.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree, please stop using our services and website.
